Warranty Policy

Raeogen comes with a 30-day return period and a 1-year limited warranty.

Who can use this limited warranty?
Raeogen's (the "Company") warranty applies to Raeogen oxygen concentrators (the "Product") and applies only to products purchased through raeogen.com. This limited warranty applies only to consumer use and does not apply to products used in commercial or institutional settings.

Normal wear and tear: Regular maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement resulting from normal use are not covered under the warranty.

Defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, or accident are not covered under the warranty.
Please contact us at info@raeogen.com. Please include your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem. We will evaluate your claim and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include troubleshooting, replacing defective parts, or, if necessary, repairing or replacing the oxygen concentrator.
